Walter Price lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. His solo exhibition, Pearl Lines, is now on view at The Modern Institute, Glasgow, and a forthcoming exhibtion at the Camden Arts Centre will open March 2021. Recent solo exhibitions include Greene Naftali, New York (2020); Aspen Art Museum, Aspen (2019); MoMA PS1, New York (2018); Kölnischer Kunstverein, Cologne (2018); The Modern Institute, Glasgow (2018); LUMA Foundation, Zurich (2017); and Karma, New York (2016). Significant group exhibitions include the Whitney Biennial, curated by Jane Panetta and Rujeko Hockley, Whitney Museum of American Art, New York (2019); FRONT International: Cleveland Triennial for Contemporary Art, MOCA Cleveland, Cleveland (2018); Fictions, The Studio Museum in Harlem, New York (2017); and 89plus: Americans 2017, LUMA Foundation, Zürich (2017). 


His work is in the collections of the Aïshti Foundation, Lebanon; Fondation Louis Vuitton, Paris; Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, Turin, Italy; Walker Art Center, Minneapolis; and the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, among others.
